Meet
Dr. Shelby Brogdon
Medical Director
Shelby Brogdon, OD, has been practicing optometry in Little Rock, Arkansas for over 7 years. She worked in a small private practice for 2 years followed by a large medical office for 4 years, where she founded their dry eye clinic. She joined Noh Eye in June of 2025 where she specializes in Dry Eye and contact lens fittings. She has been named the Arkansas Democrat Gazette Best of the Best Optometrist the last 4 year along with AY Magazine's Best Women in Healthcare.
She currently lives in Little Rock with her husband, Zach, and her two beautiful children. She is a busy soccer/baseball/dance mom and loves cheering on her kiddos and the ASU Redwolves.

Dr. Ada Noh
Founder
Dr. Noh is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Arkansas Optometric Society, AOA Leadership institute, VC Woman Achieve, and Arkansas Women Executives.
After years of private practice, she found her passion within Dry Eye Disease. This is an underserved demographic that she is excited to help! Vision is so much more than just 20/20. Her goal is to achieve clear, comfortable vision for each of her patients.
Dr. Noh currently splits her time between Little Rock, AR and McKinney, TX.

Halie
Admin
Halie is a CCMA and holds certifications in Phlebotomy, X-Ray and as an Ocular Hygienist.
She has lived all over the United States but found her passion in healthcare while working in Alaska for the Seldovia Village Tribe where she would travel to different locations, sometimes by a small bush plane. Her love for helping others, drive for learning and constant energy is what inspired her to continue her education in healthcare and will be completing her bachelors next year.
In her spare time she loves spending time with her three girls, rock climbing, yoga and listening to audiobooks.
